Signature confirmation at delivery is also NOT offered with this service. For shipping OUTSIDE the US, rates and services listed above may not apply. Please allow 4-10 days for delivery. This time allows us to process, package and mail your order. Should you require an item sooner, please contact us so we can accommodate you. If you prefer insurance, please choose UPS as your shipping option. All UPS packages are insured. Returns Adorable Me is happy to accept returns, subject to the following conditions: Return items must be unworn and in original selling condition with all tags attached. All original packaging must also be included. Shipping fees are non refundable. Orders that were shipped for free will have the shipping charge subtracted from your refund or credit. Orders being returned that were purchased with a gift or promotion will have the value of the gift/promotion deducted from your refund or credit. Sale Items - Postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Refund as store credit only. "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoes, Swimsuits, Holiday & Special Occasion Attire - Postmarked within 2 days of receipt. No refunds - size exchange only. Notify info@adorableme.com before sending the item back to verify the size you need is available. Once an authorization # is received, you can place a new order for the correct size. The new item will be shipped out once we have received the return. If the size needed is not available, a store credit can be issued but not a refund.
Damaged Items - Must be reported to adorableme.com within 2 days of receipt and postmarked within 7 days. A replacement will be sent out once return item is received. If size is not available, credit will be issued in form of original payment ONLY IF postmarked within 7 days of receipt, tags attached, and item unworn in original condition. We cannot offer refunds on items that were damaged from washing.
